Well, we haven't seen many bands coming out of Spain, but the Decadent Daughters are proof that rock 'n' roll can indeed grow there. Though still a new band, formed in 2007, they have some great songs under their belt, and are off to a great start. After all, they've got fun, sing-along melodies with rough, sleazy vocals, and perhaps the most interesting menagerie of hairstyles of any band out there. Black and Blue represents sleaze rock at its finest, and No Stars To Guide Us has great potential as a hit ballad. With just a little necessary polishing, these five already hold the keys to make a strong debut with their first full album.
